Please have a look at the picture. This sansevieria looks rather weird with these branches. I'm interested to know which kind of sansevieria it might be.

Very similar indeed. However this one resembles the species Kirkii as well. A kind of combination of the both.

There are several Sansevieria that produce stoloniferous growth.

I would second the S. gracilis nomination, and mention suffruticosa.
And, yes, I know we are supposed to be calling these Dracaena, but I can't quite yet.
