I am looking for well rooted cuttings or established seedlings of the following plants: aronia (chokeberry) both red & black fruited types, pagoda dogwood (cornus alternifolia), kousa dogwood (cornus kousa), forsythia 'Kumson', winterberry holly (ilex verticllata) male & female, magnolia (any cultivar), ninebark (physocarpus) 'Center Glow'. Please look at my 'have' trade list and see if anything interests you.

I grow out seedlings or rooted cuttings for my garden club's annual plant sale. A large part of the profit from our sale goes to support horticultural programs in our local schools.

Thanks for looking
Felisa

I have so many bushes and shrubs that I try to root. Could you please share your method and I will share whatever I get from these:

Weigela
Sand Cherry
Smokebush
Beautyberry
Quince
Limelight Hydrangea
Lots of Rose Bushes...HT's, climbing, grandiflora, miniature, floribunda, etc.
Butterfly Bushes....Miss Molly, Pink Perfection..some white ones, etc.
Lilac Jolee
Caryopteris

I'm sure I missed some, but you get the picture.

Let me know what you think

Regards,

Teri

Teri my reply is pretty terse, and there are only a couple of different treatments I've used. So I hope your next questions will to that.

Someone just suggested "Layering" for all of these. Anyone in agreement?

I have had fair luck with layering hydrangae and snowball bushes.

I have some burning bushes that are 15 yrs old and think I would like to try to progate those and suggestions?
