Seed Starter Vegetable Grower
Just moved to West Virginia and have trees that I need help in identifying.
This one has these type of "blooms" that are like discs, green color and clusters.
This clump in the photo fell on the ground

The clusters are now turning brown and dropping off the trees. Sure makes a big mess but I guess it is better than having snow flying.
Thanks for any help on the tree identification.
