What a long and tempting list! Can you show or describe the 2 sizes? For example, is a regular division 1-2 "eyes" or 3-4?

Gerry, thanks for the photos! There is indeed a difference in plant size (pot size, too) and maturity between your different sizes. And your "regular" plants are twice as big as ones I recently paid $12 for at a "specialty" hosta nursery. Thumbs up

Does Abiqua Drinking Gourd hold water in its leaves for days? I'm trying to cut back the skeeter population here... but it's a very nifty looking hosta!

I'm at least interested in Savannah Supreme, and probably a few others. Tree-mail sent!
Learning to work with Mother Nature rather than against her, such that the more I harvest with thankfulness, the more she will most gladly and willingly provide.
Specializing in a full spectrum variety of trees and shrubs, occasionally with perennials as an incidental bonus.

Cindy, totally off topic, but noticed you're in VA. Check out mid-Atlantic forum for chat, periodic get togethers & plant swaps!

I'm looking forward to the box Aspenhill and I ordered together... we're both loving mini hostas this year, found a few locally and then came across this sale!

Thanks for the heads-up, I'll do that! I'm in Radford, Va. I just noticed daylilly99 is in McLean - I used to do a dog show there way back in the day. So cool to find folks (reasonably) near you Thumbs up

My hostas are here!!!

USPS took NINE days to deliver my box, and I was getting worried. But I kept telling myself, hostas are tough! Then the box arrived and looked a bit smashed, and I got worried again.

However! Those hostas were nicely packed, no plastic touching the leaves, roots well wrapped and still damp. There were a few yellowing or slightly drooping leaves, but for the most part the plants looked great!

I have their roots soaking now and will pot them up after a bit. Gerry, thank you for sending so many doubles and multiples! I think Terri and I will split them up so we each have at least one crown of every single one we ordered. What fun!!

Even with shipping, prices were 25-50% less than a specialty hosta nursery we found this spring and just a couple dollars more than the bargain nursery we drive 2 hours to go to. If you add in the double helping of plants, Gerry's hostas are flat out cheap, for boutique-quality plants.

We'll be hoping for a hosta sale again next year. Thank You!

Here's the group picture, after 9 days in transit!

Gerry, is the inventory list at the top current? Are you still offering any that are not marked "sold?"

I potted them all up the day they arrived, and they all look super! I gave Terri's tray to her this morning, and she can't believe they look that good after spending 9 days in transit. We'll have fun watching them grow and fill their quart pots this summer... will likely plant them into our gardens next spring.

She lives up on a wooded mountain, major deer issues, and she'd about given up on hosta. Then she decided not to let the deer win and created a gated area fenced in with deer netting that she calls Hosta Haven. I'm looking forward to watching it fill up! Your minis will be in their own little corner. I have an area in mind for mine as well, although I'm also enjoying the 3 hanging baskets I've planted with minis, so we'll see where they end up.

Thanks again for your generosity and the care you took in packing the plants. They would have been DOA without the extra time you took to package the roots well!
