Edit: on second look the leaves on your plant have an opposite arrangement. I think grape is alternate

Looks like the invasive, weed tree Empress Tree (Paulownia tomentosa) .
Leaves are very variable. Young plants can have serrated leaf margins.

It looked like velvetleaf (Abutilon) to me but those also have alternate leaves.

Vic, are the leaves velvety feeling? Or is that all in my head? How big are the leaves?

Daisy - The leaves are not velvety and the leaves are very large but I didn't measure them. I could text and ask the owner to measure.
