I think this is a weed? Prickly vine and soft red/white flowers. Thanks

Looks like a raspberry or blackberry vine. Can't tell what kind and whether it's wild of planted. Might as well wait for the fruit to decide whether to keep it.
Behind every opportunity is a disaster in waiting.

Looks definitely to be a Rubus sp.; Blackberry and Raspberry plants and their relatives are in this clan.

The one you show looks more like one of the pestiferous introduced exotic species, and could very well be considered a weed if that is what it is. My memory is failing me at the moment as to the proper name for that one.

So, I perused the Plants Database! Your plant looks to be Japanese Wineberry (Rubus phoenicolasius) - which is a highly invasive exotic species in your part of the world.

Kudos @LorettaNJ for her succinct synopsis...

Yes, if it is Wine Raspberry (Rubus phoenicolasius), according to this Pa. Dept. of Conservation and Natural Resources page, it's considered invasive: http://elibrary.dcnr.pa.gov/Ge...
