Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Heavens Proclaim')

I missed this one earlier. Has been a good plant here, reaching height and flower size. Bud count is a little over 10, and never had rebloom in the 10 years I have had it. It has not been fast to add fans, but a large clump now. I would like scales to be a little taller, but flowers really make a show and consistently look nice. It has produced a few seedlings, but nothing I liked better than the parent.
