Attaching four images. Can you please tell me what these two plants are? The one that has a seedy looking top has a bulb at its base.

The ones from bulbs are ornamental onions, Allium. The top picture isn't clear enough for me but maybe someone else with recognize it, otherwise can you post a closer picture of the flowers? The habit reminds me of Himalayan balsam but the flowers don't look right.
