Just curious. I'm going to try to grow the seed this next year.
Is this seed a good candidate for Winter Sowing?

I have notes that suggest that it's important to ensure seeds are free of any fruit pulp (phenolic growth inhibitors) and to stratify in warm water for one day.

It's worth a shot, Deborah!

I've not succeeded with germinating 'Variegata.' I did get seedlings of 'Big Blue' with H2O2 (notes here: Monkey Grass (Liriope muscari 'Big Blue')). Sadly, I lost them after I planted them out.

I was sure I'd do better with this person's method: https://gardening.stackexchang...

If you have enough seeds, you might like to try a variety of methods. Maybe you could add your notes of what worked and what didn't. Then, maybe I'll get lucky one day, too Thumbs up Maybe, too, there are others here who've been successful and can share their insight.

I wish you the best of luck!
