Hi there,

I was wondering if you would be able to help me identify this mystery plant. I think it is an elephant ear, but I'm not sure!

I live in an area with a hardiness rating of 7 to 8. Would it be possible to keep this potted plant outside in a covered area all year round?

Thank you!

An Alocasia; it will not survive a winter in your climate.

Yes, on my big screen, it does look like Alocasia.
