yes I don't have any close up photos because I did find it on the internet and thought it was a very lovely tree. I'm really just looking for wild guesses. I'd be happy with a tree that was similar enough.

Plant ID app identifies it as a Fukien tea tree, which has tiny, shiny leaves and showy white flowers.
It grows to a height of 8-12 feet.

Zylvert has it right I think.
We see these in the SF Bay area occasionally in high-end retail and office settings. They are quite pricey.
