Not to burst any bubbles but I don't bother with any product where the company is unwilling to share the ingredients. The product information says: "Contains a unique blend of plant safe, physical pest control surfactants". My favorite line is "Exempt from registration as a pesticide and therefore requires no pesticide certification in pesticide use." It also bills itself as a "plant stimulant and foliar feed - helps prevent chlorosis and improves leaf colour." Essentially, it kills insects by gluing them down smothering them and contains a small amount of iron and nitrogen. Foliar sprays treat symptoms, but do not fix problems.
In my opinion, you would be better off using Insecticidal Soap and a balanced fertilizer. If anyone is interested, here are my references:

PS: A foliar lattice is a wetting agent and linear sulfonate is used in the production of detergents. I'm not sure what either has to do with plants.
