See attached photo. My Aloe Goliath has been sickly. I took off the worse leaves but almost all the leaves have some issue. The only ones that don't are the newest and then they get like this as they grow out. How can I help it?

Should I take off all diseased leaves and see if the new ones grow in fine? Should I remove most of the leaves and treat it with something? Is it a fungus?

Welcome! to the forums microbotanica!
Do any of the newest leaves have yellow-ish spots? There's change it could be an edema issue.

It looks like a fungal issue to me. I suspect the plant is in too humid a location. You can treat with some systemic antifungal product and try to get the plant into as much sun as possible with a good amount of airflow.

Hopefully that will clear up the situation.

Thank you! Is there a systemic anti fungal you'd recommend? It's in a good sunny spot with good airflow. Also, should I remove the infected leaves?

I do not think you need to remove the leaves - the issue does not appear to be near the leaf bases.

In this thread an antifungal is recommended:
The thread "Aloes" in Cactus and Succulents forum

Having lived in Berkeley before I moved to AZ, I know how humid it can be, so it may just be something that is hard to completely avoid. Some other things you can do is provide very well draining soil - and maybe put it in a container by itself.
