Is this a true philodendron rio? I won the bidding for this plant but before I pay I want to make sure it's really a rio as they say. Thanks!

Moat people think these are all a scam. Rio, Silver Stripe, Gabby, etc....Brasil is the original, and it has Many Many leaf forms. Could just be Brasil, a propagated leaf run, that may revert to....just Brasil later
