As Becky mentioned, Seattle Dreaming is an evergreen plant. At the time I purchased it, I was looking for a 30" red, that bloomed extra early, and preferably rebloomed, to front my Red/Gold daylily bed. It seems like David Kirchoff has spent a lot of time perfecting red, and everything else matched my needs, except it's an evergreen, which can be iffy in my zone 5 garden. I gave Seattle Dreaming a chance.

For an evergreen, I'm really happy with the height and bud count. I get scapes at the registered height (32"), and my best scapes are in the upper teens, very close to the 19 it's registered. I don't get rebloom here, yet, but not many of the nicer plants do. And it doesn't bloom EE here. It starts blooming here between July 1 and July 12, which would make in Early to Mid-ish typically. It's a beautiful red color and provides enough blooms to last over 5 weeks for me, when the National Drought Monitor doesn't have a big orange dot over my house.

So I'm still looking for a new red EE, but this one is a good performer in so many ways for me, I'm going to keep it for a while. I'm wondering if I cross it with Hanson's Mercury Lounge if I can create a bloom that is so hot it spontaneously combusts on sunny days.

Got a double or triple fan of Seattle Dreaming in July 2014 with scapes on it and it bloomed the same month.

07/09/2015 - it started blooming in mid-June and had thrips on it and a lot of bud drop, but by mid-July it was putting out some nice blooms. It usually blooms for at least 5 weeks between mid-June and late July in my zone 6b garden.

By 2018, it had clumped up very nicely and the scapes are always sturdy. It definitely gets the 32" height.

07/16/2020, around 6:00 PM - The color fades somewhat depending on the heat of the day, but it usually looks pretty nice at the end of the day. Sometimes it gets a little waxy looking or dark around the edges if it has been a really hot day.

06/30/21 - This past spring, I stopped counting at 15 fans and it was probably closer to 20 fans, so a nice increase over the last 7 years. I have not seen rust on it.

07/19/2021 - It usually has 3-way branching and mostly around the stated 19 buds per scape. These scapes outdid those numbers.

My review is very similar to Tim's, which is nice that it performs the same in different zones. I think Seattle Dreaming is an all-around winner in my books.
