Due to the unseasonably warm temperatures and rain several daylilies are developing scapes. I know this is not a good thing and will cut them, but I was tempted to give it a go to see what happens

I also had a December scape on 'Pleated Pumpkin' but the frost finally got it. It just turned yellow and sort of faded away.

I had The One Ring send up a scape with a couple of buds. At least the 1st one bloomed...I don't recall the 2nd bud blooming.
Life is better at the lake.
