There's nothing wrong with no fenestrations. Leaf color though, not sure.

Monstera will make leaf fenestrations once they mature. So, in some time, they will start making fenestrations. But, for a while, they'll be plain

Its impossible to tell very much about your Monstera because the lighting of your photo is too dark. It looks like its growing in a closet with a flashlight for light

Definitely not variegated.
Could be a lighting problem, or a nutrient deficiency.

I dont think it's a lighting problem it's about 6 feet away from my south facing window that bright sunbeam is the sun

I would move it to within 3 feet of the window. Direct light, even through a window (which can reduce the photonic transmission of light as much as 40-50%) might still be too much for a plant that has been living in low light for a while. If you don;t increase the light you will get a yellowing leggy plant
