I planted an African Basil, sold as a perennial here in the Atlanta GA area that flourished last summer but looks completely dead now. Any thoughts on the possibility of it coming back? Should I cut it back now and see? I expect I should have planted it in a more sheltered location or in a pot and brought it in 😕

Well, mine have suffered the cold weather and I plan to prune them and see if there is some green too. So maybe with good luck and tender care they will come back.
