Hello all!
Just wanted to hear from all of you! How to get hyacinths to bloom fully in second year onwards like it bloomed on the first spring? I heard that digging the bulbs every year after leaves have faded and storing them in hot (25C) room during summer and replanting in late fall will give better chance at nice full stems of flowers for the years to come. I'm especially interested in some double hyacinths.
It would be very appreciated if you could share your experiences!

Thank You in advance! Stay safe, stay strong!

I am zone 8b. I just leave mine in the ground. They do not bloom as full as they did the first year. I have had some for 4 years and the bloom stalk after the 1st year started looking more like the old time Roman hyacinths.
