@sedumzz , looking at your database addition

what do you think, it's a match with Phaiocalanthe Kryptonite?

For years I used a photo of Phaiocalanthe Kryptonite 'Ursula' as my avatar, for obvious reasons! 🙂

Dancing Lady is a term misapplied way too often! This term was originally coined to describe yellow flowered Oncidiums, both species and hybrids. These smallish flowers with small petals and sepals, and large yellow lips, were suppose to remind people of ladies in bloomers doing the Can Can.
I agree, it is a Kryptonite! It is not an Oncidium.

It is easy to mistake this for something else. It, on a quick look, looks like a poorly formed, miss-shaped Oncidium.

I see that you submitted another image under the same name, a Dancing Lady Oncidium. The problem is is that it is a Dendrobium, Dendrobium Micro Chip to be exact.
Smallish plant, dime sized flowers, creamy white color with lots of spots and lots of flowers.
Jeboba Tea, you'll need to change that submission as well.
Please come join us and post blooming orchid pictures in our monthly, "What's in Bloom Thread". We are working on one such thread for March 2022. If you post there, us "Orchid Nuts" could help you with the correct names.

Hilarious! One might suspect so, but having conversed with both, they are definitely not...

...and now that message is entirely out of context after the thread's been updated

Is there any way to append new messages to a thread without refreshing?
