Few days ago the tip of my plumeria was green and starting to grow claws. Then night temps dipped and tip fell off. Suggestions?

Be patient.
I have held mine inside still due to lows below 50 predicted.

I had that happen once, pretty sure it sprouted again.
Plant it and they will come.
