This is not Dragon's Blood because of how the leaves are growing, not in sets of 2 or 4. I suggest moving this to the generic Phedimus entry.

Uh, @valleylynn @webesemps , would you two like to chime in?
I am 99% sure, the only 2 possible choices other than phedimus would be Hylotelephium or maybe Rhodiola, but definitely not Rhodiola, and out of the few scalloped-leaved hylotelephium they don't really grow like this.

It is a phedimus, don't know which one. They can be difficult to ID under different growing conditions. It looks like it is grown in the shade.

Yes we just needed confirmation it was a predominant
