Does anyone know what plant this is? It's not Rosemary. Maybe some kind of lavender? I have had it since March and it's grown but no flowers.

Welcome! to NGA!
Could be, but I can't tell for sure from that photo. What does it smell like? Lavender leaves are almost as aromatic as the flowers.

It's still early. That looks like a young plant. If it is any sort of Mediterranean plant, the soil looks a bit moist which will hinder blooming. Does that pot have drainage?

This photo was the plant when it was given to me. It is very aromatic but I can't place what the smell is. I do think it is young. Thanks for your response!

I don't think so. The leaves are thicker than basil or rosemary leaves. And yes the pot has nice drainage.

Yeah I have no idea.. I originally thought it to be rosemary or lavender but it does not smell at all like rosemary and not traditional lavender

A close-up picture of the plant would be helpful.

Looks just like lavender to me
not all lavender smells the same , If that is you reason to discount the plant as lavender .

It most likely will flower this year late summer
give it lots of sum and heat and not too much water
But it rather depends on what lavender it is the growth habit differs

I agree yup, definitely. Everything Cinda said. It's still a baby. Might not bloom much this year in that little pot. Just be nice to it. Smiling Surprised it doesn't have a scent. Did you crush a leaf?
