Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Paint It Black')

I like this plant. Have used it quite a bit in my hybridizing, although it seems to have struggled a little last couple of years. I think maybe a soil problem.
Don't quite reach registered height,blooms are beautiful and registered size. Not a superfast multiplier. Not my darkest purple, but close.
Good flower, good to have.
