I spread wildflowers around the perimeters of the yard. This sounds not very smart, but I got them from the Dollar Store.
Nothing grew. Then all of a sudden, 5 to 7 years later (Dormant? Not full grown?, bushes -- short three foot tall shrubs *and* some up to 10 feet tall now, have grown around the perimeter of the property. The flowers are white. Some of them are pale pink, like Cherry Blossom trees???
They have a long flowering period bc they have been going at it for three weeks now and they still have buds.
On top of that, a lilac bush appeared out of nowhere lol
