No it is not.
That is trumpet vine. It is hardy, spreads rapidly and blooms in all shades from a paler yellow through orange towards red.
They do need sunshine in order to bloom at their best.

Angel Trumpet is a woody plant like a small tree or shrub. It is not a vine.

Trumpet Vine = Campsis radicans.

Trumpet Vine (Campsis radicans)

This vigorous native vine is often an unwelcome plant in the home landscape. As Bill notes modestly, it spreads rapidly. I would say it grows rapidly (from shoot extensions) but spreads RAMPANTLY - because it can and will sucker from anywhere its roots grow to.

It is best observed from a distance, and is perfectly at home in natural woodlands and along tree lines. It can bloom over a long period, and is attractive to hummingbirds.
