I know I shouldn't buy anymore but I can't help myself! Look how handsome they are! Help me identify them?

Im thinking the bigger one is some kind of hiaworthia. The small one seems like a grapto- something.

Thanks! I tip my hat to you.

Agree the bigger one is some kind of Haworthia. Compare the other one to this:
Sedeveria (XSedeveria Sorrentoโ„ข)

The first plant looks like Haworthia cymbiformis. See if you can remove all soil that is burying the base of the leaves around the edge of that plant. All parts of all leaves should be above soil level. The risk otherwise is rot.

I was thinking the 2nd one might be a golden sedium that was in the sun.
Ps I edited my 1st post, hopefully it makes more sense it was after a July 4th BBQ Sticking tongue out

Honestly I don't think they just need the soil brushed back -- they need different soil entirely! That looks way too rich and water-retentive. These are desert plants, remember -- if their feet stay wet too long, they'll rot. You can either add a bunch of grit (pumice, perlite, chick grit) to it, or find a decent quality cactus potting mix.
