Would it be possible to add the "Patent/Plant Breeders' Rights: Patent #" field to the data entry page for Adding a plant to the Plant Database? This might increase the overall use of that field.

Do we already have the patent information present in some of the databases? If so, I'd want to consolidate all of that into the newly created primary data entry place.

The PBR field already exists as a data field across the entire Plant DB. It's one of the options in the miscellaneous group.

I think what Lance is asking for is the ability to populate this when proposing the addition of a new plant.
