Good guess, but I don't think it's that. Mainly because the name tag looks too long, and I think the cultivar starts with a P or F. And also the stem color doesn't match (I think)

it does kinda look like 'Poker Face' on the label but as was already noted it doesn't look the right colour. Of course there's also the possibility the label got switched with another. Or maybe look paler because they're in a pot in a greenhouse? Does the garden centre have a website with a plant list?

No plant list thst I know of.
I believe it is poker face — the top row, which says Red Hot Poker, matches with the first word of the second line. So I think the cultivar name starts with Poker

My plant app says red hot poker, though the word lengths don't seem to match. The blooms can be yellow, apricot, orange or red. Also called torch lily.

Yes, Red Hot Poker and Torch Lily are common names for plants in the genus Kniphofia. I think member sedumzz is trying to figure out the cultivar name.

In the database picture posted above and others on a Google search 'Poker Face' looks more orangey/red than yellow to me. In your picture the plants behind look more orange-red than the ones in front but no way to know if they are supposed to be the same cultivar or a different one.
