I just submitted a data proposal with the incorrect zone information. I don't know if you can correct that line item or just reject the entire proposal and I will resubmit. It should be zone 4 or 5, depending on where you look. Sorry.
Edited to say: Just reject the proposal and I will resubmit. There are 2 plants with similar names and I think I was getting info from the other one by mistake.
