I think the first one is my favorite. Smiling

I have a question about a particular seedling you hybridized, Joe. Brad posted pictures of it a couple of years ago, and I was really interested. It was a shorter iris---border bearded? I like the shorter heights. I've copied Brad's comments and a few pictures he posted. No seedling number, so I hope you recognize it. I love it and hope you are planning to introduce it some day. Crossing Fingers! Can you share any info about it?

Brad's comments and pictures posted in January 2020:
There are a number of very good Orange's that Joe will have to pick through in the coming years in lot's of shades and I would be happy to have all of them Grin but I'm in need of some Border Bearded or things on the smaller side to work with so this selection helps with that it very much reminds me of the color's in Fixation Lovey dubby for those that grow it and as you can see from the pictures it's the whole package and perfect for the front row.

@JosephGhio , I know you are sharing your latest work on this thread, which we are all no doubt rubbing our hands with glee over. However, some of us (like me) are trying to some of your older ones, including those magnificent pinks.

I'm having difficulty locating Star Turn - a member has kindly offered to share some with me but she isn't sure she has enough. I literally cannot find a vendor so far who grows it currently. Do you happen to know of one? And now that I have your attention - pictures can vary so much - which of your iris is the most pink, as it Pepto Bismol pink?

Thanks.

Joe, is the ruffling of an iris limited by heavy substance? In other words, can you have a very ruffled iris or heavy substance but not both?

Thank you, Mr. Ghio, for these wonderful photos! I've been doing early planning a garden for our home in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, and your cultivars really caught my eye.

One bed in my garden will be in memory of my Italian Mom who loved all flowers, with a particular fondness for pink. So, I'll be on the lookout those that look like #1!

I agree
I just gave my best friend 23 potted irises as a housewarming gift, plus a start of Magical, the only one I took the trouble to dig out of the ground for her in our 100+ degree weather at the time. It is so well-named.
