Hi! Thank you for your advice, I water my plants once a day, and gave them neem oil. My husband sprayed for weeds recently. It might have been windy when he did it. Will they die? Thank you so much for your help.

The pepper plant probably won't die, but foliage is permanently curled and fruits are affected, too. In the end, it's likely inconsequential if you eat them this year only, but if it were me I don't think it's worth it. I would toss the plant unless you grow as an ornamental (not a food crop).
