Last summer I didn't plant (Michigan) my Calla Lily bulbs. This summer I did plant them. They came up with great foliage, but no flowers! My question is are the bulbs done for or should I try again this next summer? Do they have a life span & may be done; should I throw them out??

Calla lily's don't all bloom at the same time. There are some that bloom in spring, mid season and summer. Depending on which bulbs you have planted. Plant them after the last frost in your area next spring… hopefully they will bloom.. Crossing Fingers!

I am concerned that they may be done because they sat in the basement for a whole year when I didn't plant them last summer like I should have.

As long as the bulbs are healthy color no soggy sections or mildew they are in good shape. Not knowing when they will bloom as they have bulbs that bloom different times during the season. Try planting your in early spring . Some bulbs need different weather during the season to bloom.
