I'm glad your shoulder isn't anything too too serious, altho as a fellow gardner I know that anything that aches is a big deal. Just follow doctors orders and hopefully it will be all better soon. We had our first frost a few days ago, but not killing frost. Today it's Indian Summer here, very pretty and mild.
