I have a mystery tet that I would love an ID for. It has scapes about 26' tall with blooms about 5.5" or so, reblooms, has nice wide branching, is fertile. Not sure about habit, but it's a midseason bloomer. Note the rich pink color, green to yellow throat, gold edge with tiny teeth, lighter watermark. Nothing terribly unique, but a perky princess who's nice to have around.

The seller doesn't know what it might be. She bought a clump of it about 10 or 12 years ago, so it's been around for a while. It's likely not a seedling, as it had a mistaken ID amongst other named varieties. Any ideas?

Not sure if this is a match to your daylily, but I did an advanced search in the AHS database with these parameters: Tet under 28", single, pink, with description "teeth" and not registered after 2010. There was a thumbnail pic of Helene de Troie, but when I click on the entry, there is no larger picture and I can't find any other reference.

Looks to me like an older Salter. Berry Patch has resemblance.

@blue23rose -Vickie, thanks for the search! Good sleuthing. Helene de Troie checks all the boxes and the AHS pic looks very similar, although the watermark looks a bit too small and pronounced. The teeth are there, but may become a red herring in a search. I'm inclined to think that mystery gal was popular and widely available for a while before being acquired by the seller.

@mantosOH, I think you've nailed it! Berry Patch looks EXACTLY like my NOID and is old enough to be in wide circulation at the time when a clump was acquired. The seller is northern and I see this one is popular in the North. Woo hoo!

Hurray! Hurray!

I was wondering about that watermark on Helene de Troie, too. Wish there was a better picture of it.

Yes! Pics are so instructive.

Thank You! I tip my hat to you. I tip my hat to you. Y'all are awesome!

Here's a pic of my likely Berry Patch from last year, back when the ground was visible... Whistling

I also think it's Berry Patch. When I first looked at your photo, it reminded me of Enchanting Esmerelda but that one didn't have the gold edge. Berry Patch matches up well!

Did a search, Hélène de Troie does look similar but the teeth are larger and more pronounced... Found a nice picture of it at this site...

Wonderful image, Dianne! Thank You! Very helpful- the plant is definitely not the toothy Helene de Troie.
