I get itchy if I eat too many cashews. Did you know cashews and poison ivy are related? Same plant family. How weird, right? Happy New Year!

I don't eat that trail mix, but I am itchy after eating too much citric acid, or handling Azalea's and other itchy plants. There are so many foods that I've had to give up for different reasons and it's an ongoing process to see what food will be stricken from my diet.

Happy New Year to you girlie! Don't work too hard. Lovey dubby
