Im new to cactus but I have leaves on mine. Do I need to remove them?

Welcome! to the forum, Shiffa!
It's actually a Euphorbia trigona, not a cactus, and the leaves are normal. It is more closely related to Poinsettias. You don't need to do anything except enjoy!

In time it may also drop the leaves, but do not worry, as long as the entire plant remains firm to your touch it is doing okay. The plant does like good strong light, so it can be better encouraged to grow more leaves on the lower part.
