Recent trip to Puerto Rico with a visit to El Yunque National Rain Forest. This is a pretty flower in the forest but I couldn't get my phone to get a good focus. I have other pictures but focus is even worse on all of them, so I doubt they'd be of any benefit.

I wish I had an idea of what it is, but if any of your not-as-good photos show a better look at the foliage or habit, it might be worth having another look?

At any rate, this 'response' should bump this photo up for anyone who might have missed it the first time. Crossing Fingers!

I did a google lens search and one of the things it came up with is Nepsera aquatica. Could it be that?

Wow, I think it's a match! I also see N. aquatica is native to the El Yunque rain forest, which is where I took the picture. Thanks for your sleuthing!
