first begonia in the Ask a Question forum

I got this bab for like $5, she doesn't look like she is in the best condition, but still looks somewhat healthy, do yall have any tips on how to brighten her up?
Side note, this is my first begonia and a impulse buy,,,

Very nice looking plant! You have great impulses! : )

Looks like a good spot near the window. Don't water every day but don't let the soil literally dry all the way out. Rotate often to keep it as upright as possible.

It looks like B. maculata to me. Pics to compare:

Thanks for the info, just gave her braces and the difference is quite big
