Hi guys, noticed a couple root-like structures growing up between the leaves of my spider plant. Is this on par with their behavior or could this mean there is an issue?

These root structures are a normal part of Chlorophytum comosum morphology. Soon the plant will produce elongating stems which will produce an offset or pup, complete with its own set of adventitious roots, making your plant one of the easiest to propagate.
