This may not be the correct place to post this, and if not, I apologize. I'm renewing some of my older seeds, and have found some of the more rare ones at Renaissance Seeds and 45th Parallel.
Over the past couple of years I've contacted 45th Parallel several times both at the email address on the website and their Facebook page. I have never received a reply.
I have purchased from Renaissance multiple times, and place another order through the website last month. When I didn't receive my order, and the website stated my order status was, "Pending payment", I messaged through the website contact form, and then via email, with no reply. Eventually, I went through Paypal to get my payment back.

What is happening?? Are these two sellers out of business? And if so, why is there no notice on their websites? Some of the seeds that I am trying to replace are only available at these sellers, I would really love to find out what is going on.

I had the same experience with Renaissance Seeds of Love (their full name) this spring. Couldn't get any answer by email or text multiple times and their voicemail box was full and not accepting any messages. I finally contacted Paypal and got a refund. Paypal said Renaissance Seeds' account was "warning," meaning Paypal was experiencing many complaints and requests for refunds.

I was lucky to be able to find the seeds at Tomato Growers Supply (highly recommended - very wide selection and reliable and prompt shipping). Also had a good experience with seeds from Urban Farmer.

I hope Renaissance Seeds is ok and wish them the best recovering from whatever problems they've been experiencing, but I'd recommend not ordering from them unless you message them first asking to confirm they will ship right away and you get a reply. If no reply, don't order.

I don't know the status of those two.
So many places complaining of needing employees around here.
Bear in mind, if a business is struggling, then keeping a website up to date and replying to orders one by one are things that would probably fall farthest behind.
Hopefully they just have too many orders and seed processing tasks to do, and are trying to stem that tide. Fill orders, make billable sales. Communication is very nice from customer standpoint but, I can see where they might decide to spend all their time and energy trying to fill orders.
Or- something else totally wrong going on. Shrug! we may never know.

I too had ordered from Renaissance - 202? 2021? with no problem.
Plant it and they will come.
