When we had our house painted in 2014 I had to remove the shutters and I found an albino frog behind one of them. Ugh! I do not like frogs, and it was just so weird looking. Blinking

I love frogs and toads! One of my fondest childhood memories is being wakened up in the middle of the night to drive to Hinckston Run Dam to listen to the spring peepers with my parents. Besides, they eat tons of mosquitoes.

Yeah! I know they serve a good purpose on earth. All God's creatures do. I loved tadpole's when I was a girl too. You could sit by the pond and hear the most beautiful chorus! Lovey dubby Of course tadpole's didn't chorus, but the parents did.

Once had a small "muffin" pond at the top of a filled-in well, now vanished. The toad croaking during an April rain at night was so satisfying, because 19 of those toads in ~2 square feet of water could make more noise than a neighbor's aggravating dirt bikes - never met a pooch that could out-bark those toads during mating season either.
