A lot of this comes out. They look so green and lovely. Really thin leaves likes needles. Looks and feels soft. When they grow bigger, they have this blue hue.
I mowed them in the picture. Otherwise, they should look like a perfect half sphere.

What is the name and is it perennial in zone 7?
