I have planted fennel and dill to attract black ST but the butterflies have laid their eggs on this plant; can someone help me identify this? It has a similar appearance to dill and fennel but the plant is only 12 inches in height and has quite a few small flowers. Thanks for the help

If the soil there is moist, it might be Mock Bishop's Weed (Ptilimnium capillaceum)

Or do you think it's an herb you had there previously, and it reseeded?
