It will be hard to guess based on this picture, the leaves are not distinct enough. There are too many plants with simple opposite, ovate, slightly pubescent leaves,.
I could only take a wild guess on the family being a member of Lamiaceae.

As previously stated by Sally, whole picture will help, also flower might be needed very much for ID, and does it has distinct smell when pinched?.
Oregano is the first impression I get, but it could be like Mentha or other genuses

I agree oregano is my best guess, should smell like a pizza shop.
