You can't have too many viburnums..

I hope it is not, but it looks suspiciously like Aegopodium podagraria.

Goutweed (Aegopodium podagraria)

If so, that is a pest of which it is hard to be rid.

It probably is. I always think of the variegated form and forget there is a plain green one.
