well I was looking for wild iris because of the name of the park and when I saw the little beauties I got all excited thinking they were so different from anything I had seen *Blush*

There was also a lot of wild iris growing right along with the Calachortus. I don't know which one this is. I. tenax is one of the natives and I forgot the name of another local species.
