Could this be Bleeding Heart ?

It's a type of Lipstick Salvia, not Bleeding Heart. There are many cultivars, some almost pure red and some with the red/white combo you have.

Blackcurrant Sage (Salvia microphylla 'Hot Lips')

or, if shorter -

Salvia (Salvia microphylla 'Little Kiss')

The amount of red and white on the flowers of both cultivars varies depending on conditions.

I believe that I found some pure red Salvia in among the Polish version that you were at pains to identify.

Perfectly normal.
