I've had Eden for probably 10 years.
I consider it one of the most beautiful roses but it's been a very poor performer for me. Not even blooming some years. Somehow it's escaped my shovel of death.
Well last year it threw out a couple 5-6 ft canes that I tied laterally to encourage more blossom development. Sure enough she had alot more blossoms this year than she ever produced before plus threw out a new 8 foot cane! I'm not doing anything different this year so who know?🤷‍♀️
I guess there's always hope.

Oh, how sad and frustrating, especially for a cultivar known for its plentiful, fist-sized blooms! I'm assuming it's not due to rose midge if your other roses are all doing fine. Have you checked below the base of the plant for any root damage, such as from a gall? I once dug up an unexplainedly poor performer, and was surprised to see a huge gall on the roots, and thought, "Aha, so that's the reason!"
