1.Shaded area, high altitude(some 900-800m)
2. Solanum? Campanula?

First one is a Lily of some kind and second is Campanula. Sorry I can't be more specific.

Yes the first is a Lilium sp. As far as I know, the only one native to the Balkans with whorled leaves is L. martagon.
The second is a Campanula sp. or closely related.
